Watch Out!

We are on the go now! Shay has figured out how to climb steps, pull herself up on almost anything, and walk behind her "walker". Our home life has changed a bit with the now mobile baby- we found out our house was not totally babyproof. Bailey is still adjusting and isn't quite sure how she likes Shay's new abilities. All and all, a fun stage!

Long, fun day -- or so we thought :)

Our niece, Taylor Evian, celebrated her birthday this past weekend with the family. Taylor got to open a lot of presents, and have her first taste of birthday cake. We all had a good time, but by the end of the day Taylor was a bit tired, since there was no time for napping with all the excitement.

Hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa

Every other Wednesday evening Grandma comes down from Woodbury to spend ALL day Thursday with Shay, while Brett and Rachel are at work. Since Shay goes to Tracie's 4 days a week, Rachel is with Shay on Wednesday one week and the next week Grandma hangs out with Shay. Sometimes, Grandpa comes along to visit as well. Shay loves to spend time with her grandparents -- as you can see by the pictures!
