Duluth!

Brett and I went up to Duluth just before Thanksgiving to hang out with college friends, Shawn and Elicia. They are due 3 days before us (smart people think alike :) We had a pretty action packed weekend which included UMD hockey and volleyball games, walking/hiking with the dogs, going out to eat and watching the Vikings game. The dogs enjoyed each others company, and were quite tired by the end of the weekend!

California Work Conference

I went to Newport Beach California a couple of weeks ago to present a poster at a National Family Medicine Conference. Unfortunately, I didn't get to spend too much time seeing the ocean!

Our puppy Bailey

We adopted Bailey last fall from a local humane society. The vets thinks she is part husky and part chocolate lab. We think she is just 55lbs of cuteness! She is (finally) adjusting to our new home and is excited she can look out all the windows at neighboring dogs, birds, rabits and whatever else moves.

Our House

We moved into our new house this past July. It is a nice rambler with three bedrooms. We are hoping to finish off a family room and fourth bedroom this fall/early winter. Bailey, Brett and I are mostly unpacked and settled, and excited to call this new house "home".
